When you create an account at shiojitu, you agree to our terms of use, which govern how we operate our platform, how you deposit and withdraw funds, what happens if disputes arise, and what our jurisdiction and liability boundaries are. We've written these terms to be as clear as possible: they're not legal boilerplate designed to obscure our obligations, but rather a transparent statement of what we promise and what we expect from you in return.

Account creation and eligibility
To open an account at shiojitu, you must provide your full name, date of birth, email or phone number, and a valid government-issued ID (KTP, passport, or driver's license). We require that you be at least 18 years of age and a natural person (not a business or proxy account). One individual may not hold multiple accounts at shiojitu. Deposits and withdrawals on shiojitu

Withdrawal fees are minimal—only the standard transfer cost charged by your bank or payment provider, never a shiojitu markup. Processing times vary by payment method: e-wallet withdrawals typically clear within hours, while bank transfers may take up to one business day. During holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or Nyepi, processing may be slower due to bank closures, but our platform remains open.

In such cases, we will refund your original stake. We do not accept bets from individuals using prohibited methods such as automated scripts, bots, or collusion with other players. If we detect such activity, we may suspend your account and forfeit any disputed winnings.
Bonus terms and promotions

Our decision is final unless you escalate to an independent third-party arbiter, at which point both parties agree to be bound by that arbiter's determination.
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from your use of shiojitu shall be resolved exclusively through Indonesian jurisdiction. You agree not to pursue claims outside Indonesia or through class-action proceedings.
Jurisdiction notice and service availability
Our services are available only where local law permits. Users are responsible for verifying that access and use of shiojitu comply with their own jurisdiction's regulations. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering or gambling is prohibited by law. If you access shiojitu from such a jurisdiction, we are not responsible for any consequences you incur.
At shiojitu, we operate transparently within the jurisdictions where we are permitted to do so. These terms reflect that commitment: clear payment rules, fair game play, and honest dispute handling.
Liability limits and user responsibility

In the event of downtime or technical failure during a game, we will attempt to restore your account to its pre-incident state (e.g., refunding a bet or cancelling a transaction that did not complete). We are not liable for losses caused by your own actions, such as sharing your password, failing to log out of a public device, or ignoring security warnings.
You are solely responsible for your own use of shiojitu and for monitoring your account activity. We recommend you review your transaction history regularly and report any suspicious activity to our support team immediately. Our liability for any single incident is limited to your account balance at the time of the incident—we will not pay damages beyond that amount.
Data protection and privacy
